I. Basic bonuses (1-5)

You can add the first four bonuses using the Reinforce item. This can be purchased on Map1 from the Event Manager. The success rate of adding this item is not 100%.

You can add the fifth bonus using the Blessing Marble. This item can be obtained from event chests. The success rate of adding this item is not 100%.

You can change the first five bonuses with the help of the Enchant item. This can be purchased from the Event Manager or can be obtained from different chests.

In addition to this, some weapons can be opted also with average damage (AD) and skill damage (SD).

II. Extra bonuses (6-7)

You can add the sixth and seventh bonuses using the Reinforce Orison. This can be purchased on Map1 from the Event Manager or can be obtained from different sections of the game (like chests, events). The more quantity you use of this item, the more chance you get that the bonus will be added. You can find more details about this in the capital city at Seon-Hae NPC.

You can change the sixth and seventh bonuses using the Small Orison item. This can be purchased on Map1 from the Event Manager. The success rate of adding this item is not 100%.

If you want to change the sixth and seventh bonuses with 100% success rate, you can use the Orison item. This can be purchased on Map1 from the Event Manager.

What else you need to know is that there are two types of extra bonuses: slight ones and meaningful ones.
